During the inspection we will walk you through the house and show you any areas of concern and teach you as much about the house as possible.  It is great to get a better feel for the house and we can point out items to you that you will see on your report later.

The report is very detailed and will be delivered to you the SAME day.  It has lots of pictures and points out every issue that was found in your home and explains things very easily for you.

We also specialize in Thermal Imaging and we can “see the heat”.  We use thermal imaging scans on all of our inspections to get a more detailed view of your house and see things that can’t be seen by the naked eye.
